The characteristic of UHMWPE Roller
Light weight:The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene roller is only one-third of the weight of the metal roller of the same specification. It is easy to install, easy to change, low moment of inertia, stable operation, low driving energy consumption and low noise, which can effectively reduce the belt beating, running away, overflowing, and dropping during conveying process.
Wear-resistance:Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is one of the most wear-resistant engineering materials, thus greatly improving the service life of the roller in an easy-wear environment.
Self-lubrication:The surface is not easy to adhere to materials or scale, and the friction coefficient is very low, which greatly reduces the friction between the roller and the rubber belt, once the roller cannot be turned, "bite" the belt accident will not happen.
Bearing with sealing cover is adopted, and labyrinth groove and circlip are used to seal the roller, bearing seat and steel shaft, so that the waterproof, acid-alkali and dustproof effect is more significant.
